1. Information We Collect
When you use ShubhDivas, we collect:
- Birth details — name, date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth for each person, entered by you to calculate compatibility.
- Email address — provided at the time of payment so we can deliver your report and link it to your account.
- Payment information — payments are processed entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card number, UPI ID, or bank details.
- Usage data — anonymous page view data collected via Vercel Analytics to help us improve the product.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To calculate your Kundali compatibility report.
- To generate your personalised Vedic analysis report.
- To send your report to your email address.
- To link your paid reports to your account for future access.
We never use your data for advertising. We never sell your data to any third party.
3. Data Storage
Your report data (birth details, compatibility scores, personalised Vedic analysis) is stored in encrypted databases hosted on Supabase, located in the Asia Pacific region.
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us at hello@shubhdivas.in. We will delete your data within 7 business days.
4. Third Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate ShubhDivas:
- Razorpay — payment processing. Subject to Razorpay's privacy policy.
- Anthropic Claude API — Vedic report generation. Birth details are sent to Anthropic to generate your report. Subject to Anthropic's privacy policy.
- Firebase (Google) — authentication. Subject to Google's privacy policy.
- Supabase — database and data storage.
- Vercel — hosting and analytics.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data — email us and we will send you everything we hold.
- Correct inaccurate data — email us with the correction.
- Delete your data — email us and we will erase your account and all associated reports within 7 business days.

6. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 of India.
